I serve individual clients ages 13 and above, Families, and Couples. I have an office located in Sand Springs, Oklahoma where I offer in person sessions, however, my license allows me to offer virtual sessions to anyone who resides in the State of Oklahoma.

What will I have to pay?
Insurance copay and coinsurance amounts will differ widely on your individual insurance plan. I try to do my best to verify insurance information prior to your first appointment. This verification includes determining what your out of pocket cost will be each session. Please be aware that we can only guestimate as close as possible to your out of pocket, but as a rule of thumb we will not know until after the first insurance claim comes back. This will give us the exact estimate of what insurance is willing to pay and what you will need to pay out of pocket moving forward.
Can I help verify insurance?
Absolutely! In fact, because you are the policy holder, the insurance reps will give you more information than they will to anyone else, including providers. If this is something you would like to do, please let me know so I can provide you with the appropriate information for our sessions.
What if I don't have insurance?
Not having insurance can be really frustrating in trying to find care. My self pay rate for individuals is $100 and for couples $125. This private pay rate is low for the knowledge, trainings, and therapy modalities I provide.
Are therapy intensives covered by insurance?
Unfortunately, no. I wish they were! Because of the time structure of therapy intensives, 2-4 hour increments of therapy each time, insurance will not pay for them. Insurance will only pay for a 1 hour session per day. If you are interested in doing therapy intensives using EMDR or the Gottman Method, please let me know!
